Returns Policy & Portal

UK & Worldwide Returns

We hope you love your Lavish Alice purchase, however if it's not quite right, you can return it for a refund through our dedicated returns portal, powered by ZigZag.

Please note, all Lavish Alice returns now need validating to ensure we're protecting our customers against a significant increase in returns fraud. This final step also allows us to process your refund within 3 - 10 working days of receipt, so you're not waiting any longer than necessary.

You will receive a text message and email requesting more information as soon as the return arrives back with us. 

To be eligible for a refund, please make sure you meet the following criteria:

  • Your returns request must be submitted through our portal within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
  • The garment/s must be unworn and in perfect re-saleable condition.
  • All security ribbons, and tags, must be firmly attached to your garment/s.
  • Your refund will be issued within 3 - 10 working days once the return has been validated.

If your return does not meet our criteria, we reserve the right to return the item/s back to you. Alternatively, you may be issued with a Gift Card, which has no expiry date.

Please kindly note that all refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment, under the following timescales:

  • Credit/Debit Card (2-3 days)
  • ApplePay (2-3 days)
  • PayPal (Instantly)
  • Klarna (Instantly)
  • Gift Card (Instantly)
  • Amazon (2 - 3 days)

All UK & Worldwide returns must be processed through our dedicated returns portal. Please follow all steps below to ensure your refund is processed quickly.

  • Scan the QR code on your returns card to access the portal. Simply enter your order number, starting with 'LAR' along with your email address, postcode or last 4 digits of your phone number.
  • Tick the item/s you'd like to return and tell us why you're sending these back to us.
  • Select and pay for the returns service of your choice.
  • Follow the instructions provided and get your package ready to send back to us.
  • Write your 'LAR' order number in the box provided on the returns card, and please make sure to include the card within your parcel.
  • Send your parcel back following the instructions provided.
  • Finally, once you receive a text message, or email, to confirm your return has arrived back with us safely, please contact us and we'll immediately validate and process your refund within 3 - 10 working days.
