to return it.
UK returns cost £5.99 and international fees vary by location - all processed through our
returns portal, powered by ZigZag

Before You Return
Make sure your return is eligible.
• Submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn and in perfect, resaleable condition.
• All security ribbons and tags must be firmly attached.
• Refunds are issued within 3-14 working days after your return is validated.
If your return doesn't meet our criteria, we reserve the right to send it back to you - or issue
a Gift Card with a 12-month expiry instead.
How To Return
Six simple steps and we'll handle the rest.
• Head to our returns portal and enter your order number (starting with 'LAR'), along
with your email address, postcode, or the last 4 digits of your phone number.
• Tick the item(s) you'd like to return and let us know why you're sending them back.
• Select and pay for your preferred returns service.
• Follow the instructions to get your parcel ready to send.
• Drop it off and send it back using the instructions provided.
• Once you receive a confirmation text or email that your return has arrived safely,
allow us 3–14 working days to process your refund.
During busier periods, refunds can take a little longer. If you haven't heard from us within 14
working days, get in touch and we'll fast-track it for you.
