Returns Policy

We operate a 14-day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends). If you return your order out of this period you will be issued with a gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt and you then have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us through our return portal. You must notify us by emailing or by phone 0330 995 1915. Please note that registering the return on the portal does not count as notifying us.

The return period starts from the first day delivery was attempted. If you return something outside of the return period, you will be offered an exchange or store credit.

For speedy and easy returns, please use our online portal. All Lavish Alice returns must be processed through the portal, this is the only way to return goods back to us.

You can find the portal here -

  • Step 1: Login with your order number and email address
  • Step 2: Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Step 3: Select and pay for your chosen return method
  • Step 4: Download your return label, attach it to your original parcel and return using the carrier you selected

Please make sure the returns slip is inserted in to your parcel. This is really important and enables us to find and process your return once we’ve received it back.

We'll keep in touch with you throughout the return process. You will receive an email once we’ve received the return back and another once the refund has been processed. Please note, refunds are issued within 7-10 working days of receipt.

We only accept returns or exchanges where the original Lavish Alice swing tag is firmly attached and all returns are monitored to ensure that they are sent back to us unworn and in a re-saleable condition. If you send your order back in a unsuitable condition, we will not be able to issue a refund and the item will be returned back to you. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
