Returns Policy

We operate a 14-day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends). You must notify us within 14 days and have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us. The returns period starts from the first day delivery was attempted. If you return something outside of the return period, you will be offered an exchange or store credit.

For speedy and easy returns, login to the returns portal and follow the below simple steps.

Step 1: Login with your order number and email address

Step 2: Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange

Step 3: Choose your return method (refund, exchange, store credit)

Step 4: Once you have submitted your return, you will receive an email notification within 24 hours to confirm the status of your request (excluding Bank Holidays and weekends) along with a pre-paid shipping label

Step 5: Stick the label onto your original parcel and return to us via your local post office.


PLEASE NOTE

  • We’ll keep in touch and send you an email as soon as we receive your return and again once your refund has been processed (refunds are issued within 7-10 days of receipt).
  • You can check the status and track your return at any time via the portal.
  • A £2.50 processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and processing costs.
  • We only accept returns or exchanges where the original Lavish Alice swing tag is firmly attached and in a resaleable condition.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
