Returns Policy

We operate a 14-day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends). You must notify us within 14 days of receipt and you then have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us through our return portal. The return period starts from the first day delivery was attempted. If you return something outside of the return period, you will be offered an exchange or store credit.

For speedy and easy returns, please use our online portal. All Lavish Alice returns must be processed through the portal, this is the only way to return goods back to us.

  • Step 1: Login with your order number and email address
  • Step 2: Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Step 3: Select and pay for your chosen return method
  • Step 4: Download your return label, attach it to your original parcel and return using the carrier you selected

Please make sure the returns slip is inserted in to your parcel. This is really important and enables us to find and process your return once we’ve received it back.

We'll keep in touch with you throughout the return process. You will receive an email once we’ve received the return back and another once the refund has been processed. Please note, refunds are issued within 7-10 working days of receipt.

We only accept returns or exchanges where the original Lavish Alice swing tag is firmly attached and in a re-saleable condition. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
