WHERE TO FIND INFORMATION ABOUT OUR CLOTHING
You can find everything you need to know about our clothing on our website. When we refer to Goods in these Terms we mean our clothing advertised for sale on our website.

WE ONLY ACCEPT ORDERS WHEN WE'VE CHECKED THEM
Your order for Goods is only accepted, and a contract between you and us is only entered into, when we contact you by email to confirm that we have received and accepted your order.

SOMETIMES WE REJECT ORDERS
Sometimes we reject orders for Goods placed with us, for example, because something is unexpectedly out of stock, because you are located outside our delivery areas (as stated on our website) or because the item was mis-priced by us. When this happens, we let you know as soon as possible and refund any sums you have paid.

PRICE
The price of Goods is as stated on our website. The price includes any VAT but excludes delivery costs. The delivery charge will be calculated at check out and before you place and confirm your order to us.

WE WILL CHARGE YOU WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER
We charge for Goods at the time you place your order. Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Klarna, ClearPay or Revolut Pay.

WE CHARGE INTEREST ON LATE PAYMENTS
If at any time any money is outstanding to us and we're unable to collect any payment you owe us we charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 4% a year above the Bank of England base rate from time to time. This interest accrues on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. You pay us the interest together with any overdue amount.

WE PASS ON INCREASES IN VAT
If the rate of VAT changes between the date that you place your order and the date that we receive payment from you we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay to reflect the change.

WE'RE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
If our supply of your Goods is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won't compensate you for the delay, but you can contact our Customer Service Team at care@lavishalice.com to end the contract and receive a refund for Goods you have paid for, but not received.

YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE YOUR MEASUREMENTS ARE ACCURATE
It is your responsibility to order Goods that are the correct size and fit for you. You can find guidance on our sizes and how to measure on our website.

YOU HAVE A LEGAL RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND
For Goods bought online you have a legal right to change your mind about your purchase and receive a refund of what you paid for it, including the delivery costs. This right is however subject to the conditions (i) to (vii) inclusive set out below. Additional details and information can be found in our Returns Policy.
(i) When you can't change your mind. You can't change your mind about an order for:
• Goods sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them; and / or
• Goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised.
(ii) The deadline for changing your mind. If you change your mind you must let us know no later than 14 days after the day we deliver the Goods to you.
(iii) How to let us know. To let us know you want to change your mind, contact our Customer Service Team at care@lavishalice.com.
(iv) You must return the Goods at your own cost. You have to return the Goods (and any free gifts that you received with them, if applicable) to us within 14 days of you telling us you have changed your mind. You have to pay for the cost of returning the Goods to us. You are responsible for ensuring that you use a safe method of return and you should keep a receipt or other evidence from the delivery service that proves you have sent the Goods and when you sent them. If you don’t do this and we don’t receive the goods at all or within a reasonable time we won't refund you the price.
(v) We only refund standard delivery costs. We don't refund any extra you paid for express delivery or delivery at a particular time when you ordered the Goods.
(vi) We reduce your refund if you have worn, used or damaged the Goods. If you handle the Goods other than in a way which would be acceptable in-store (for example, trying them on at home) we will reduce your refund to compensate us for the reduced value of the Goods. In some cases, because of the way you have treated the Goods, no refund may be due. Please see our Returns Policy for further details.
(vii) When and how we refund you.
(i) – (vi) above apply and you have complied with these, we will examine the Goods once we receive them back from you. Due to the fact that people have in the past said that they have returned Goods to us when they have not done so, we will not issue any refund until we have received and checked the returned Goods. We will let you know by email once we have received them and when you can expect to receive your refund, or if we intend to make any reduction.
(vi) We will refund you if you are entitled to one within 14 days of receipt of the Goods. We refund you by the method you used for payment. We don't charge a fee for the refund.

YOU HAVE RIGHTS IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE GOODS
If you think there is something wrong with the Goods we provide, you must contact our Customer Service Team at care@lavishalice.com.
We honour our legal duty to provide you with Goods that are as described to you on our website and that meet all the requirements imposed by law namely that the Goods are fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
If you are unable to resolve the issue with our Customer Services Team and believe that we have not complied with our legal requirements regarding the quality of the Goods we provide, we will ask that you return the Goods to us for inspection.
Our Customer Services Team will advise how to do this and to return the Goods. We will pay for the costs of return. Upon receipt and following inspection, if we agree that the Goods are not of the appropriate quality we will let you know and arrange to refund you within 14 days of doing so or, if you decide, to provide you with a replacement where we are able to do so.
We refund you by the method you used or payment including the delivery charges.

WE CAN CHANGE GOODS AND THESE TERMS
We can always change Goods to make minor technical adjustments and improvements. These are changes that won’t affect the quality, look or appearance of the Goods. Please also note that we may change these Terms at any time. You should always check the Terms when you visit our website and before placing an order for any Goods.

WE CAN END OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
We can end our contract with you for Goods ordered and claim any compensation due to us (including enforcement costs) if:
• you don't make any payment to us when it's due and you still don't make payment within 14
days of our reminding you that payment is due;
• you don't, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the Goods to you.

WE DON'T COMPENSATE YOU FOR ALL LOSSES CAUSED BY US OR OUR GOODS
We're responsible for losses you suffer caused by us breaking a contract unless the loss is:
• Unexpected. It was not obvious that it would happen and nothing you said to us before we accepted your order meant we should have expected it (so, in law, the loss was unforeseeable).
• Caused by a delaying event outside our control. As long as we have taken the steps set out in the section We're not responsible for delays outside our control.
• Avoidable. Something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action, including following our reasonable instructions for use.
• A business loss. It relates to your use of any Goods for the purposes of your trade, business, craft, re-sale or profession.

YOU HAVE SEVERAL OPTIONS FOR RESOLVING DISPUTES WITH US
Complaints. Our Customer Service Team at care@lavishalice.com will do their best to resolve any problems you have with us or our Goods. You can go to court. These terms are governed by English law and wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS APPLY TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US AND YOU
We can transfer our contract with you, so that a different organisation is responsible for supplying your Goods. We'll contact you to let you know if we plan to do this. If you're unhappy with the transfer you can contact our Customer Service Team at care@lavishalice.com to end the contract within 14 days of us telling you about it and we will refund you any payments you've made in advance for Goods we have not provided.

You can only transfer your contract with us to someone else if we agree to this. Nobody else has any rights under the contract. The contract is between you and us. Nobody else can enforce it and neither of us will need to ask anybody else to sign off on ending or changing it. If a court invalidates any of these
Terms, the rest of them will still apply. If a court or other authority decides that some of these Terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply. Even if we delay in enforcing the contract Terms, we can still enforce later.
We might not immediately chase you for not doing something (paying) or for doing something you're not allowed to, but that doesn’t mean we can't do it later.
