We hope you love your Lavish Alice purchase, however if it's not quite right, you can return it for a refund through our dedicated returns portal, powered by Aftership.
UK returns cost £5.99 and International returns fees vary by location. If you need further information, or clarification, please email care@lavishalice.com before placing your order with us. Lavish Alice does not make any profit on the returns fees. We'd like to thank you for your help in making online returns safe and sustainable.

Check Your Eligible First
- Your returns request must be submitted through our portal within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
- The garment/s must be unworn and in perfect re-saleable condition.
- All security ribbons, and tags, must be firmly attached to your garment/s.
- Your refund will be issued within 3 - 14 working days once the return has been validated.
If your return does not meet our criteria, we reserve the right to return the item/s back to you. Alternatively, you may be issued with a Gift Card, which has a 12 month expiry date.
Please kindly note that all refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment, under the following timescales:
- Credit/Debit Card (2-3 days)
- ApplePay (2-3 days)
- PayPal (Instantly)
- Klarna (Instantly)
- ClearPay (Instantly)
- Gift Card (Instantly)

Please Follow All Instructions Carefully
All UK & Worldwide returns must be processed through our dedicated returns portal. Please follow all steps below to ensure your refund is processed quickly.
- Simply enter your order number, starting with 'LAR' along with your email address, postcode or last 4 digits of your phone number.
- Tick the item/s you'd like to return and tell us why you're sending these back to us.
- Select and pay for the returns service of your choice.
- Follow the instructions provided and get your package ready to send back to us.
- Send your parcel back following the instructions provided.
- Finally, once you receive a text message, or email, to confirm your return has arrived back with us safely, please allow us 3 - 14 working days to process your refund.
Please note, refunds can take a little longer during busier periods. If you have not received your refund by 14 working days, please contact us and we'll expedite this accordingly.
